Parleam is a very safe, all around emollient vastly used among many others for skin care, Dermo-cosmetics, sun care, and color cosmetics. Parleam is compatible with most synthetic and vegetable oils and is a true solvent for waxes. Rossow USA, Inc. will also exhibit Lipidure, a very unique biocompatible polymer developed by NOF Corporation (Japan), combining moisturizing and protection against aggressive environments.
